Listing the same T-shirt in 4 different colors as 4 separate products is prohibited.Irrelevant products (i.e., products that contain different brands, categories, series, models, etc.) are prohibited from being included in one single product listing. For example, different brands of lipsticks should not be displayed on one singular product listing. If a seller intends to sell bundled products or products packed in different sets, the details of all the included products must be clearly stated in each individual SKU. Sellers must not re-list products that have been previously banned or deleted by our platform.Further Information and Audit TikTok Shop may review and audit product listings at any stage. If a product listing violates these guidelines, sellers may be subject to various enforcement actions as set out in our Merchant Terms of Service.MenuOverview 1.1 Introduction 1.2 Scope Definitions Product Listing Restrictions 3.1 Misleading Product Listings3.1.1 False Display of Information 3.1.2 Exaggerated Promises 3.1.3 Comparisons 3.1.4 Exaggerated Promotional Prices3.1.5 False Claims3.1.6 Country-Specific Product Listing Requirements 3.1.7 Using Click-bait Tactics to Attract Traffic3.1.8 Switched or Recycled Listing (Significantly Altered Listing)3.2 Weight Management Claims3.3 Sensational and Shocking Content3.4 Sensitive Events3.5 Non-compliant Products 3.6 Unsafe or Poor-Quality Products 3.7 Minor Safety3.8 Infringement of Lawful Rights3.9 Alternative Ordering Information 3.10 Imposing Unfair Conditions3.10.1 Unfair Behaviours or Customer Conditions 3.10.2 Unfair Terms of Sale3.11 Fictitious Listings3.12 Additional Listing Restrictions Product Detail Page Requirements 4.1 Product Title 4.2 Product Description 4.3 Product Category4.4 Brand 4.5 Images & Videos4.6 “What’s in the Box” 4.7 Package Weight and Dimensions4.8 Product Attributes4.8.1 Selling Attributes (Stock Keeping Unit Information)4.8.2 Mandatory Product Attributes 4.8.3 Dangerous Goods4.9 Product Pricing 4.10 Language 4.11 Listing Multiple Products Further Information and Audit
