Hành động

Để đủ điều kiện trở thành TikTok Shop Mall Seller, người bán cần: (1) Đáp ứng tất cả các tiêu chí: SFCR (tỷ lệ hủy đơn do lỗi người bán), tỷ lệ Reviews tiêu cực, Vi phạm cửa hàng, không có vấn đề gian lận/hàng giả, tư cách Thương hiệu hợp lệ, và tham gia chương trình SFP; (2) Tuân thủ mốc thời gian hoàn thiện đơn hàng theo quy định; (3) Cung cấp chính sách đổi trả 15 ngày cho tất cả sản phẩm; (4) Chuẩn bị tài liệu chứng minh quyền sở hữu/ủy quyền/xác thực thương hiệu đầy đủ; (5) Nỗ lực đáp ứng tiêu chí Express Settlement Period để rút ngắn thời gian thanh toán. Người bán cần lưu ý: việc đáp ứng tiêu chí không đảm bảo được phê duyệt, và TikTok Shop có quyền phê duyệt hoặc tước quyền theo quyết định riêng của mình.

Chỉ áp dụng cho người bán trên TikTok Shop Việt Nam. Người bán bị loại khỏi Mall vẫn có thể tiếp tục hoạt động như người bán thường, trừ khi bị xử phạt thêm theo các chính sách khác của TikTok Shop.
