Để xem các lần thử bài kiểm tra trước đó và các bài đã hết hạn, nhấp vào ‘Your records’. 2) Thông qua ticket vi phạm đã nhận - nếu vi phạm có bài kiểm tra, sẽ có tùy chọn ‘View quiz’ để đến trang bài kiểm tra. Cách làm bài kiểm tra: 1) Nhấp vào ‘View policies’ để xem video giáo dục chính sách trước khi làm bài. 2) Nhấp vào ‘Start quiz’ khi đã sẵn sàng làm bài kiểm tra. Lưu ý: Nếu hiện không còn Vi phạm nào, người bán vẫn có thể lưu bài kiểm tra và thực hiện sau cho các Điểm Vi Phạm tích lũy trong tương lai, miễn là bài kiểm tra chưa hết hạn.

TikTok Shop Policy Quiz06/29/2025Shop HealthWhat is the Policy Quiz? TikTok Shop’s Policy Quiz is a feature that aims to help you better understand our platform policies. If you have accumulated Violation Points, you will get an opportunity to learn more about your violations and take quizzes to reduce your total Violation Points. Each type of policy violation may have its own quiz. For example, the quiz may be available for the following violations: High Seller-fault Cancellation Rates High Seller-fault Return and Refund Rates Unsupported Products Prohibited Products What are the benefits of completing the Policy Quiz? 2 points will be deducted from your current violation points for perfect scores on each quiz.Each quiz will be available for 60 calendar days from the date the violation ticket was first issued.You will be able to offset a maximum of 2 Violation Points every 60 calendar days for each specific type of violation. No. However, you may save the quiz and attempt it later for any Violation Points you accumulate in the future, as long as the quiz has not expired. Can I raise an appeal and complete the quiz at the same time?Yes. The outcome of an appeal and the quiz do not affect each other. If you pass a quiz, your total Violation Points will be reduced by 2 points. If your appeal is successful, all penalties will be revoked. My appeal application was successful and my penalty was revoked. Can I still attempt the quiz to reduce my Violation Points?Yes.
