Khi nhận vi phạm, hành động theo thứ tự ưu tiên: (1) Nếu có tùy chọn Correct, sửa ngay trong 48 giờ để hủy biện pháp thực thi - cập nhật listing theo hướng dẫn trong chi tiết vi phạm, submit qua Seller Center; (2) Nếu cho rằng vi phạm sai, nộp kháng cáo kèm bằng chứng qua Seller Center, tham khảo Seller Appeal Guidelines; (3) Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ để ngăn vi phạm tương tự. Đặc biệt lưu ý giữ điểm vi phạm dưới 12 điểm để tránh mất quyền lợi; dưới 24 điểm để tránh ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến listing, Livestream và traffic; tuyệt đối không để đạt 36 hoặc 48 điểm vì sẽ bị đóng shop.
