Lưu ý về Joint Enforcement: TikTok Shop có thể áp dụng penalty chung cho cả tài khoản người bán và tài khoản Creator liên kết nếu creator vi phạm chính sách nội dung.

Hành động

  1. Tránh Vi phạm chứng chỉ: Đảm bảo tất cả chứng chỉ người bán và sản phẩm còn hiệu lực, chính thực và đầy đủ

  2. Tuân thủ quyền SHTT: Không bán hàng giả, Hàng giả, không vi phạm IP của người khác

  3. Đăng sản phẩm đúng quy định: Chọn đúng danh mục, không đăng Sản phẩm cấm hoặc không được hỗ trợ

  4. Duy trì dịch vụ khách hàng tốt: Phản hồi trong 24 giờ, giao tiếp lịch sự và tuân thủ quy tắc

  5. Quản lý đơn hàng chặt chẽ: Giữ SFCR và LDR ở mức thấp, xử lý đơn hàng đúng hạn, hạn chế hoàn/trả tiền do lỗi người bán

  6. Tạo nội dung gốc: Không sao chép nội dung, quảng bá sản phẩm chính xác theo mô tả

  7. Giám sát tài khoản Creator liên kết: Đảm bảo tài khoản creator (TikTok Shop Official Account hoặc Marketing Account) tuân thủ chính sách nền tảng

The wallet withdrawal function allows a seller to withdraw their sales balance from TikTok Shop transactions.Once TikTok Shop has determined that the account is safe, our platform will unfreeze the wallet withdrawal function.Seller-Creator Joint Enforcement Actions We may also take enforcement actions against your shop if your linked creator account (such as a TikTok Shop Official Account or TikTok Shop Marketing Account) violates our content policies and guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring your linked creator accounts abide by our platform policies and guidelines. The enforcement action(s) taken against your shop will depend on the severity of your linked creator account’s violation of our policy or guidelines.You will be notified through the Seller Center if a joint enforcement action is issued. If you believe an enforcement action was taken against you in error, you can file an appeal via your linked creator account Account Standing page.
