Để đạt NDDR > 90%: Với đơn giao cùng ngày (same-day pickup), chuyển trạng thái sang ‘To Ship – Awaiting Collection’ trước 19:00H để tăng cơ hội được nhận và giao trước 23:59H cùng ngày. Với đơn giao ngày hôm sau (next-day pickup), chuyển trạng thái sang ‘Awaiting Collection’ trước 09:00H ngày làm việc tiếp theo để tăng cơ hội được nhận trước 11:59H. Lưu ý giờ Cut-Off Times của đơn vị Vận chuyển: đơn lấy tại nhà (pick-up) cần chuẩn bị gói hàng sẵn sàng giao (‘Awaiting Collection’) trước giờ lấy và ‘Shipped’ trước 23:59H; đơn gửi tại bưu cục (drop-off) cần gửi và ‘Shipped’ trước 23:59H. NDDR hiển thị tại Shop Health Page và Order Management Page (hiệu lực từ 15/08/2025).
