Yêu cầu giấy tùy: phải do chính phủ cấp, hiển thị rõ thông tin, nếu thông tin ở mặt sau phải cung cấp cả hai mặt; chỉ hỗ trợ CCCĐ 12 số có chip cho xác thực NFC; tài liệu phải rõ ràng, chất lượng cao, màu, không bị che khuất; không chấp nhận ảnh nghiêng, mờ, đen trắng, hoặc ảnh chụp màn hình đã cắt; file nhiều trang phải gộp thành một trang; định dạng PNG hoặc JPG; tên file không được là chuỗi văn bản, chữ-số hoặc chứa ký tự đặc biệt (*, , ?, ], v.v.); tên trên giấy tùy phải khớp với tên tài khoản TikTok Shop; tất cả thông tin phải còn hiệu lực tại thời điểm nộp và phải đảm bảo giấy tùy còn hiệu lực trong suốt quá trình kinh doanh. TikTok Shop có thể yêu cầu thêm thông tin theo quy định. (2) Hoàn thiện hồ sơ người bán: cung cấp thông tin liên hệ hợp pháp, hợp lệ, chính xác bằng ngôn ngữ được TikTok Shop chấp nhận, bao gồm quốc gia, tỉnh/thành, quận/huyện, địa chỉ đầy đủ, mã bưu điện, và các giấy tờ nhận dạng khác nếu được yêu cầu. (3) Cung cấp thông tin tài khoản ngân hàng: bản sao trang đầu sao kê tài khoản ngân hàng đầy đủ với thông tin chính xác, tên ngân hàng và số tài khoản phải chính xác; tên trên tài khoản ngân hàng phải khớp với tên trên giấy tùy thân dùng để đăng ký. (4) Cập nhật thông tin: thông báo ngay khi có thay đổi, TikTok Shop có thể yêu cầu thêm tài liệu do thay đổi quy tắc và gửi thông báo để nộp tài liệu cần thiết; tất cả tài liệu mới phải được xác minh. Nếu tài liệu hoặc thông tin không chính xác hoặc không đầy đủ, TikTok Shop có thể xem xét tài khoản và thực hiện biện pháp thi hành theo Điều khoản dịch vụ người bán. Vi phạm quy định sẽ bị thực hiện biện pháp thi hành, vi phạm lặp lại dẫn đến hình phạt nghiêm trọng hơn. Có thể kháng cáo qua Seller Center nếu cho rằng biện pháp thi hành bị áp dụng nhầm.

Các bước thực hiện đăng ký: Chuẩn bị CCCĐ 12 số có gắn chip để quét NFC; đảm bảo giấy tùy còn hiệu lực và được chụp ảnh rõ ràng, màu sắc, không bị che khuất, không nghiêng/mờ/đen trắng/cắt xén; gộp ảnh hai mặt thành một file nếu cần; đặt tên file hợp lệ không chứa ký tự đặc biệt; lưu file dạng PNG hoặc JPG. Chuẩn bị thông tin địa chỉ đầy đủ bao gồm quốc gia, tỉnh/thành, quận/huyện, địa chỉ chi tiết, mã bưu điện. Chuẩn bị sao kê ngân hàng trang đầu đầy đủ thông tin, đảm bảo tên chủ tài khoản khớp với tên trên CCCĐ. Theo dõi và cập nhật thông tin kịp thời khi có thay đổi. Nếu bị thực hiện biện pháp thi hành, kiểm tra Điều khoản dịch vụ và có thể kháng cáo qua Seller Center theo hướng dẫn kháng cáo.

Registration Process - Individual Sellers06/12/2026Applies to:VietnamRegistration & OperationEligibilityTikTok Shop only allows citizens of Vietnam to register as individual sellers.Applicants must be at least 18 years old.Applicants who are currently under investigation or have been the subject of any enforcement action(s) by any competent authority (including but not limited to a trade or consumer protection authority) are prohibited from registering as a seller on TikTok Shop. This includes but is not limited to multi-level marketing, Ponzi, or pyramid schemes. Applicants who are the subject of such enforcement actions or investigations may be suspended until the resolution of the inquiry favors the applicant or until the enforcement sanctions placed on the applicant expires.Step 1: Seller VerificationIndividual applicants must submit a copy of their government-issued identification documents for verification purposes. Sellers will be required to complete a Near Field Communication (NFC) scan of their ID card for authentication at the final step of the verification process.Identity documents requirements:ID cards must be government-issued and must show the individual’s information clearly. If such details are found on the back of the ID card, both sides of the ID card must be provided.Only 12-digit Vietnamese National Identity Cards (Căn cước công dân) with an embedded microchip are supported for NFC authentication.All documents submitted must be legible. Document images must be of high quality, colored and unobstructed. Angled, blurry, black-and-white, or cropped screenshots are also not allowed.For multi-page files, please combine the two-sided pictures into a one-page file.All documents can be in either PNG or JPG file formats. The file name should not be a string of text, alphanumeric, or contain any special characters (*, , ?, ]), etc.The name on the submitted identity document must match the applicant’s name on the registered TikTok Shop account. Identity documents must be government-issued and recognized by Vietnam All identification information must be valid at the time of submission. Applicants must ensure their identity document(s) remain valid over the course of their business on TikTok Shop. As part of the verification process, TikTok Shop may also request additional information, as required by relevant regulations.Step 2: Complete Your Seller ProfileWhen filling out a seller profile, all applicants must provide legal, valid, and accurate contact information in a language accepted by TikTok Shop. Every applicant’s profile information must include the following:Country, province, district.Full geographic address.Postal or zip code.Any other identifying documents requested by TikTok Shop.Step 3: Provide your Bank Account Information You will need to provide the bank account information listed below.A copy of the first full page of your bank account statement with accurate bank account information. The bank name and bank account number need to be accurately represented.The name on your bank account needs to match the name on the identity documents you used for TikTok Shop registration.Step 4: Keep all information up-to-dateIf any of your submitted information changes, you must inform us of these changes promptly.
