Người bán doanh nghiệp muốn đăng ký tài khoản bán hàng trên nền tảng TikTok Shop tại thị trường Việt Nam. Doanh nghiệp phải được thành lập hoặc đăng ký tại Việt Nam và cần chuẩn bị đầy đủ giấy tờ pháp lý theo yêu cầu của nền tảng.

TikTok Shop chỉ cho phép các thực thể được thành lập hoặc đăng ký tại Việt Nam đăng ký làm người bán doanh nghiệp. Tất cả đơn đăng ký doanh nghiệp phải nộp giấy phép kinh doanh, đăng ký hoặc các tài liệu chính thức tương tự. Phạm vi kinh doanh và thời hạn hoạt động của người đăng ký phải tương ứng với thông tin trong giấy phép kinh doanh. Một thực thể kinh doanh đã xác minh chỉ được đăng ký tối đa 5 tài khoản người bán trên TikTok Shop. Người đăng ký đang bị điều tra hoặc đã bị xử phạt bởi cơ quan có thẩm quyền (bao gồm cơ quan thương mại hoặc bảo vệ người tiêu dùng) bị cấm đăng ký, bao gồm cả hoạt động đa cấp, Ponzi hoặc kim tự tháp. Người đăng ký bị điều tra hoặc xử phạt có thể bị đình chỉ cho đến khi kết quả điều tra có lợi hoặc hết thời hạn xử phạt.
Quy trình đăng ký gồm 4 bước:
Bước 1 - Xác minh người bán: Người bán phải hoàn thành quét NFC (Near Field Communication) thẻ Căn cước công dân 12 số có gắn chip vi mạch của người đại diện pháp lý. Chỉ hỗ trợ thẻ CCCD 12 số của Việt Nam có chip vi mạnh cho xác thực NFC. Thẻ phải do chính phủ cấp, hiển thị thông tin rõ ràng; nếu thông tin ở mặt sau thì phải cung cấp cả hai mặt. Phải nộp đầy đủ tất cả các trang của giấy phép kinh doanh và đăng ký công ty. Tài liệu phải rõ ràng, chất lượng cao, màu, không bị che khuất. Không chấp nhận ảnh nghiêng, mờ, đen trắng, hoặc chụp màn hình bị cắt. Với tài liệu nhiều trang, ghép ảnh hai mặt thành một trang. Định dạng PNG hoặc JPG. Tên file không được là chuỗi văn bản/ngẫu nhiên hoặc chứa ký tự đặc biệt (*, , ?, ], v.v.). Tên công ty trên tài liệu phải khớp với tên tài khoản TikTok Shop đã đăng ký. Tên người đại diện pháp lý trên giấy phép kinh doanh/đăng ký công ty phải khớp với tên đăng ký tài khoản TikTok Shop. Tất cả thông tin nhận dạng và giấy phép kinh doanh/đăng ký phải còn hiệu lực tại thời điểm nộp và duy trì hiệu lực trong suốt quá trình kinh doanh. Người đăng ký phải thông báo cho TikTok Shop về việc hết hạn, thu hồi, chấm dứt hoặc thay đổi giấy phép kinh doanh hoặc đăng ký. Khi được yêu cầu, phải cung cấp thông tin chứng minh quyền sở hữu có lợi ích của công ty.
Bước 2 - Điền hồ sơ người bán: Cung cấp thông tin liên hệ hợp pháp, hợp lệ, chính xác bằng ngôn ngữ được TikTok Shop chấp nhận. Bao gồm: Quốc gia, tỉnh/thành, quận/huyện; Địa chỉ đầy đủ; Mã bưu điện; Bất kỳ giấy tờ nhận dạng nào khác được TikTok Shop yêu cầu.
Bước 3 - Cung cấp thông tin tài khoản ngân hàng: Bản sao trang đầy tiên đầy đủ của sao kê tài khoản ngân hàng với thông tin chính xác. Tên ngân hàng và số tài khoản phải chính xác. Tài khoản phải là tài khoản doanh nghiệp/công ty. Tên trên tài khoản ngân hàng phải khớp với tên công ty trên giấy phép kinh doanh, chứng chỉ hoặc đăng ký công ty.
Bước 4 - Cập nhật thông tin: Nếu thông tin thay đổi, phải thông báo ngay lập tức. TikTok Shop có thể yêu cầu tài liệu bổ sung do thay đổi quy định. Tất cả tài liệu mới nộp phải được xác minh. Nếu tài liệu hoặc thông tin không chính xác hoặc không đầy đủ, TikTok Shop có thể áp dụng biện pháp thực thi theo Điều khoản dịch vụ người bán. Vi phạm hướng dẫn sẽ bị áp dụng biện pháp thực thi, vi phạm lặp lại sẽ bị phạt nặng hơn. Có thể kháng cáo qua Trung tâm người bán nếu cho rằng biện pháp thực thi bị áp dụng nhầm.

Chuẩn bị đầy đủ giấy tờ pháp lý trước khi đăng ký: giấy phép kinh doanh đầy đủ các trang, đăng ký công ty, thẻ CCCD 12 số có chip của người đại diện pháp lý. Đảm bảo tên công ty và tên người đại diện trên tài liệu khớp với tên đăng ký TikTok Shop. Chuẩn bị tài khoản ngân hàng doanh nghiệp với tên khớp tên công ty trên giấy phép. Scan/chụp ảnh tài liệu với chất lượng cao, màu sắc, không che khuất, không nghiêng, không mờ, không đen trắng, không cắt. Ghép ảnh hai mặt thành một trang nếu tài liệu nhiều trang. Đặt tên file hợp lý, không chứa ký tự đặc biệt. Định dạng PNG hoặc JPG. Thực hiện quét NFC thẻ CCCD tại bước cuối cùng xác minh. Cập nhật thông tin ngay lập tức khi có thay đổi về giấy phép, đăng ký, hoặc thông tin liên hệ. Theo dõi thông báo từ TikTok Shop để nộp tài liệu bổ sung khi được yêu cầu. Nếu bị áp dụng biện pháp thực thi, xem xét kháng cáo qua Trung tâm người bán theo Hướng dẫn kháng cáo người bán.
Điều kiện áp dụng
Chỉ áp dụng cho người bán doanh nghiệp tại Việt Nam. Không áp dụng cho người bán cá nhân. Yêu cầu thẻ CCCD 12 số có chip vi mạnh của Việt Nam cho xác thực NFC - không hỗ trợ các loại giấy tờ nhận dạng khác. Một thực thể doanh nghiệp tối đa 5 tài khoản người bán. Người đang bị điều tra hoặc xử phạt bởi cơ quan có thẩm quyền không được đăng ký.

Registration Process - Corporate Sellers06/12/2026Applies to:VietnamRegistration & OperationEligibilityTikTok Shop only allows entities incorporated or registered in Vietnam to register as corporate sellers. TikTok shop requires all corporate applicants to submit business licenses, registrations, or similar official documents that support their eligibility to sell products/services under applicable law. The following requirements must be met when corporate applicants submit an application to us:An applicant’s business scope and operating validity period must correspond with the information contained in any submitted business license(s) or certificate(s) where applicable. All business licenses and certificates must be authentic and recognised by Vietnam. One verified business entity can only register up to five (5) seller accounts on TikTok Shop.Applicants who are currently under investigation or have been the subject of any enforcement action(s) by any competent authority (including but not limited to a trade or consumer protection authority) are prohibited from registering as a seller on TikTok Shop. This includes but is not limited to multi-level marketing, Ponzi, or pyramid schemes. Applicants who are the subject of such enforcement actions or investigations may be suspended until the resolution of the inquiry favors the applicant or until the enforcement sanctions placed on the applicant expires. Step 1: Seller VerificationIdentity documents requirements:Sellers will be required to complete a Near Field Communication (NFC) scan of their Legal representative’s ID card for authentication at the final step of the verification process. Only 12-digit Vietnamese National Identity Cards (Căn cước công dân) with an embedded microchip are supported for NFC authentication.ID cards must be government-issued and must show the individual’s information clearly. If such details are found on the back of the ID card, both sides of the ID card must be provided.Full document pages of all business license(s) and company registration(s) must be submitted.All documents submitted must be legible. Document images must be of high quality, colored and unobstructed. Angled, blurry, black-and-white, or cropped screenshots are also not allowed.For multi-page files, please combine the two-sided pictures into a one-page file.All documents can be in either PNG or JPG file formats. The file name should not be a string of text, alphanumeric, or contain any special characters (*, , ?, ]), etc.Full pages of all business and tax registration documents must be submitted. The documents submitted must be legible and valid at the time of submission.The company name on the submitted documents must match the company name on the registered TikTok Shop account.The legal representative’s name listed on any submitted business license/company registration(s) must match the applicant’s registered TikTok Shop account.For company legal representative(s) / director(s) / person(s) with significant control, identity documents submitted must be government issued and recognised by the country where he / she is a citizen.All identification information and business licence(s)/registration must be valid at the time of submission. Step 2: Fill in your Seller ProfileWhen filling out a seller profile, all applicants must provide legal, valid, and accurate contact information in a language accepted by TikTok Shop. This applies to both individual and corporate applicants. Every applicant’s profile information must include the following:Country, province, district.Full geographic address.Postal or zip code.Any other identifying documents requested by TikTok Shop.Step 3: Provide your Bank Account Information You will need to provide the bank account information listed below.A copy of the first full page of your bank account statement with accurate bank account information. The bank name and bank account number need to be accurately represented.The bank account provided needs to be a corporate/business bank account. The name on the bank account needs to match your company’s name as it appears on on any submitted business licenses, certificates, or company registrations.Step 4: Keep all information up-to-dateIf any of your submitted information changes, you must inform us of these changes promptly. We may also require additional documentation from time to time due to changes in rules and regulations, and will send you a notification to submit the necessary documentation.All newly submitted documentation will need to be verified by us.What happens if my documentation or information is inaccurate or incomplete?We may review your account and related documentation from time to time.
