TikTok Shop cho phép chủ shop tạo sub-account để nhân viên quản lý và vận hành cửa hàng. Hệ thống cung cấp 9 default role với quyền hạn preset sẵn có, đồng thời hỗ trợ tạo custom role theo nhu cầu riêng. Quyền hạn được phân chia theo menu Seller Centre thành 2 cấp độ: ‘Viewing only’ (chỉ xem) và ‘Viewing & Editing’ (xem và chỉnh sửa). Một số quyền không thể chia tách. Quy trình thêm sub-account: vào My Account > Account Settings > User Management > Create New > Chọn role > Nhập email > Chọn ngôn ngữ mặc định > Submit. Email kích hoạt sẽ được gửi đến địa chỉ email tương ứng, user cần kích hoạt trong vòng 120 giờ trước khi truy cập Seller Center. Chủ shop cũng có thể ràng buộc (bind) các cửa hàng khác cùng giấy phép kinh doanh vào Seller Center chính để chuyển đổi nhanh giữa các shop mà không cần đăng xuất. Chỉ những shop đã đăng ký cùng business license mới hiển thị tính năng này. Khi bind shop, chủ shop bind ban đầu sẽ trở thành ‘Main admin’ của shop đích với quyền xem, còn chủ shop hiện tại/nguyên trạng giữ nguyên quyền kiểm soát đầy đủ. Sub-account không thể trực tiếp nhận permission mà chỉ được gán role.

Để thêm sub-account: vào My Account > Account Settings > User Management > Create New > Chọn role phù hợp > Nhập email > Chọn ngôn ngữ mặc định > Submit. Sau khi tạo, chờ email kích hoạt trong 120 giờ. Để ràng buộc shop mới: vào User Management > Link seller account button > Chọn shop cần bind từ danh sách tự động lọc theo business license > Confirm. Để chuyển đổi giữa các shop: Cách 1 - Quick Switch: Click vào Shop Name góc phải trên > Chọn shop từ menu ‘Choose one to manage’. Cách 2 - Qua User Management page: Xem danh sách Linked seller account information. Nếu sub-account thiếu quyền chỉnh sửa sản phẩm/đơn hàng, account owner cần gán thêm role hoặc tạo role mới cho sub-account đó.

Điều kiện áp dụng

Tính năng ràng buộc shop (Shop Account Binding) chỉ hiển thị cho các shop đã đăng ký cùng một giấy phép kinh doanh. Email kích hoạt sub-account có hiệu lực trong 120 giờ. Một số quyền hạn không thể chia tách giữa xem và chỉnh sửa.

In this feature guide you will learn how to add sub-accounts and manage their role & permissions in Seller Center. You can add shop sub-accounts and assign your staff different roles with unique permissions for them to complete daily operations, like managing products or tracking orders. TikTok Shop provides default roles with preset permissions for easier management.You can also create and customize your own roles and set their permissions according to your needs.Permissions and Default Roles Permission Details Permissions are set according to the menu (subject to changes) of Seller Centre and split into “Viewing only” and “Viewing & Editing”.Please note that some permissions are not splittable.Default Roles Currently, the following nine default roles are available.Sellers can find the latest roles and permissions through: Seller Centre > My Account > Account Settings > User Management > Add User > Select Role.Add Users as Sub-Account Go to My Account > Account Settings > User Management in Seller Center. You can search for users that you have added through the filter bar on the top. It can be based on roles, status, and email address.Click Create NewChoose role for user that you want to add Type the email address of the new user you want to addChoose the default language then click submit.Verification notification will pop up and tell that the system has sent an activation email to the corresponding email address. The user needs to activate their account within 120 hours and can only access the seller center account after they activate their account.If you go back to the User Management page, you can see the user that you have just added and their activation status.You will also be able to edit users’ roles anytime after their account is active.Shop Account Binding Seller Center now allows you to switch between all your shops instantly without having to log out of Seller Center and log back in every time. The shop owner can bind other related local shops to the main Seller Center.
