Với Corporate Seller: chỉnh sửa thông tin công ty bao gồm tên công ty, ngày thành lập, ngày hết hạn giấy đăng ký kinh doanh. Với Business Household Seller: cập nhật thông tin Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) gồm họ tên, số ID, ngày hết hạn ID, ngày sinh, giấy tờ CCCD và selfie với ID (theo điều kiện). Để cập nhật thông tin: 1) Truy cập Seller Qualification Center từ My Account > Account Settings > Qualification Centre > Seller Qualification; 2) Trên trang Seller Qualification, nhấn nút ‘Edit’ để bắt đầu; 3) Chuẩn bị sẵn các giấy tờ hỗ trợ theo yêu cầu. Yêu cầu giấy tờ: phải chất lượng cao, màu sắc, không bị che khuất; không chấp nhận ảnh chụp nghiêng, mờ, đen trắng hoặc cắt ghép; phải do chính phủ cấp và còn hiệu lực (không hết hạn). Với Individual Seller: định dạng PNG hoặc JPG, tên trên CCCD phải khớp với tên chỉnh sửa, loại giấy tờ phải trùng với loại đã dùng khi đăng ký. Với Corporate Seller: định dạng PNG, JPG hoặc PDF, tên công ty trên giấy đăng ký kinh doanh phải khớp với tên chỉnh sửa.

Kết quả

Sau khi gửi yêu cầu, TikTok Shop sẽ xem xét các thay đổi trước khi cập nhật thông tin. Người bán sẽ nhận được thông báo khi quá trình hoàn tất.
