Để quản lý tồn kho từng kho cho sản phẩm đơn lẻ: vào Product > Manage Product > Edit Product, tick “Add to multiple warehouse” trong Variant List. Lưu ý quan trọng: sau khi bật multiple warehouse mode và sản phẩm đã publish, không thể tắt chế độ này. Có thể dùng warehouse filter (More Filters > Warehouse) để xem sản phẩm theo kho. Xử lý đơn hàng đa kho tương tự kho đơn, có thể chọn warehouse filter trong Batch shipping Module để xử lý từng kho. Cài đặt Seller-Shipped: vào Shipping > Shipping Options, nếu MWH đã kích hoạt sẽ thấy các tab tên kho, toggle ON/OFF từng phương thức, và phải cấu hình template riêng cho từng kho - bắt buộc thiết lập template cho mỗi kho trong hệ thống MWH. Về phía người mua: không có thay đổi khi checkout, hệ thống tự động phân tích kho tốt nhất dựa trên vị trí, shipping region và tồn kho. Ưu tiên kho gần nhất có tồn kho > 1, nếu hết sẽ chuyển sang kho gần tiếp theo có tồn kho > 1. Ví dụ: sản phẩm 25 đơn vị chia 2 kho, mua 12 đơn vị ở district A - Warehouse 1 (default) = 15 (all regions), Warehouse 2 = 10 (district A). Nếu mua 10: lấy từ Warehouse 2 (gần nhất + đúng vùng). Nếu mua 12: chỉ cho mua 10, phải mua lại 2 đơn vị khác thì hệ thống lấy từ Warehouse 1. Về ảnh hưởng của default warehouse: sản phẩm mới không “Add to multiple warehouses” sẽ phân bổ toàn bộ vào default warehouse; sản phẩm hiện có không bật MWH sẽ giữ nguyên ở kho đầu tiên đã thiết lập; sản phẩm đã bật MWH có thể chỉnh tồn kho nhiều kho. Default warehouse không ảnh hưởng order routing, không được ưu tiên - hệ thống luôn tìm kho gần nhất có tồn kho. Hiện tại chỉ cho phép thiết lập 1 kho Hoàn trả, không hỗ trợ nhiều kho trả hàng.
