Từ ngày 06/03/2023, TikTok Shop hỗ trợ người mua đổi Hoàn trả qua tính năng logistics tích hợp nền tảng (drop-off). TikTok Shop hợp tác với J&T Express để xử lý tất cả yêu cầu đổi trả qua logistics tích hợp nền tảng tại Việt Nam. Người mua vẫn có thể chọn đổi trả qua các đơn vị Vận chuyển khác (LSP) bằng cách chọn tùy chọn tự sắp xếp (self-arrange). Khi người mua sử dụng dịch vụ đổi trả qua logistics nền tảng, hệ thống sẽ tự động tạo mã đổi trả cho bưu kiện mà không cần người bán tải lên mã vận đơn thủ công. Nếu người bán không nhận bưu kiện sau 3 lần giao hàng thất bại, bưu kiện sẽ bị hủy bỏ bởi LSP sau 15 ngày kể từ lần giao hàng đầu tiên. Phí đổi trả: Khi lý do là Missed Estimated Delivery Date (giao hàng trễ), người bán chịu phí nếu bưu kiện không được gửi đúng hạn; nếu giao trễ vì lý do khác, người bán có thể gửi ticket tại Help Center để yêu cầu bồi thường. Với các lý do đổi trả khác, người bán phải chịu phí vận chuyển đổi trả và phí sẽ được tính vào tài khoản TikTok Shop liên kết.

Người bán cần xem xét và phê duyệt yêu cầu đổi trả từ người mua tương tự quy trình phê duyệt đổi trả tự sắp xếp (self-arrange). Không cần tải lên mã vận đơn đổi trả thủ công vì hệ thống tự động tạo mã. Để biết chi tiết phí Vận chuyển đổi trả, người bán tham khảo rate card. Nếu không đồng ý với tính năng này, người bán có quyền chấm dứt hợp đồng với TikTok Shop bất kỳ lúc nào; việc tiếp tục sử dụng TikTok Shop sau ngày 06/03/2023 được coi là chấp nhận các điều khoản mới.

Điều kiện áp dụng

Áp dụng tại Việt Nam từ ngày 06/03/2023. TikTok Shop hợp tác với J&T Express cho dịch vụ này. Người mua vẫn có thể chọn đổi trả qua LSP khác bằng tùy chọn self-arrange.

Introducing buyer returns via platform integrated logistics:Buyers will be able to return parcels to sellers by selecting the drop-off option on TikTok Shop. TikTok Shop currently works with J&T for all buyer returns via platform integrated logistics in Vietnam.Buyers can still choose to return their parcels to sellers using other Logistics Service Providers (LSP) rather than this new platform buyer return feature by selecting the self-arrange option. What do sellers need to do?Sellers need to review and approve return and refund requests from buyers just as they do with the self-arrange return review process.When buyers use the platform return logistics service, the system will automatically generate a return code for the drop-off parcel, so there’s no need to manually upload a return tracking number.With the new buyer return service, if sellers fail to accept the returned parcels after the courier has attempted delivery three times, the courier will stop contacting the seller, and the parcel will be disposed of by the LSP 15 days after the first delivery attempt. Who will be responsible for the return shipping fee? When the reason is Missed Estimated Delivery Date, the seller covers the cost if the parcel wasn’t shipped on time. If the delivery date was missed for any other reason, you can raise a ticket in Help Center to request compensation. For other reasons, the seller should cover the return shipping cost.If the seller is responsible for covering the fee, the return cost will be billed to the associated TikTok Shop account.To find out the shipping fees charged to sellers for the platform integrated logistics service buyer return feature, please refer to the rate card.Sellers’ acceptance of these new terms If sellers do not wish to accept buyer returns via platform integrated logistics on TikTok Shop (“Buyer Returns”) and the terms listed above (“Terms”), they are entitled to terminate their contractual relationship with TikTok Shop at any time.
