  3. Đặt đơn Hàng giả: Đơn hàng không do khách hàng hợp lệ đặt hoặc không có mục đích hợp lệ. Bao gồm: tự đặt hàng, collude với khách hàng để tăng đơn hàng, sử dụng mã tracking trùng lặp hoặc giả mạo, giao đến địa chỉ không khớp với đơn hàng. TikTok Shop có thể phát hiện qua tín hiệu: nhóm người mua thường xuyên mua số lượng lớn cùng sản phẩm từ một shop, Reviews sản phẩm không nhất quán với mô tả.

  4. Hành vi vận chuyển gian lận: Bị cấm khi người bán cố tình thao túng hoặc lách quy trình vận chuyển. TikTok Shop Platform Abuse Policy04/27/2026Manage OrdersFulfillment PolicyTikTok Shop is committed to maintaining a fair and trustworthy marketplace for all users. This Policy sets out the practices that undermine that commitment and the consequences that apply when these practices are detected.Prohibited Practices Dropshipping Dropshipping is not permitted on our platform. Dropshipping occurs when a seller uses the platform’s shipping subsidies or services to fulfil or ship an order for a sale that did not originally take place on the platform. This includes:Duplicating any sale you made outside TikTok Shop on TikTok Shop itselfPlacing an order on behalf of a customer who does not have a TikTok account and/or shipping such an order to that customerAdvising a customer to place an order via your Livestream on the basis that it qualifies for free shipping, where the underlying sale did not originate on TikTok ShopAbuse of Platform Subsidies Abuse of platform subsidies occurs when a user misuses subsidies granted by the platform, thereby causing the platform loss (e.g. financial loss, efficiency loss), in order to gain a personal benefit. Abuse of platform subsidies is not permitted on our platform. This includes:Artificially inflating or manipulating product prices, whether by bundling products with services or otherwiseDeliberately misnaming, mislabelling or misdescribing products in order to list them under product categories in which they clearly do not belongPlacing Fake Orders Fake orders are orders that are not made by legitimate customers or for legitimate purposes, such as colluding with customers or a group of customers to order large amounts of the same or similar items from a seller’s shop to boost its sales performance. This includes:Orders placed by the seller themselves, individuals connected to the seller, or affiliates working in coordination with the sellerSelf-purchasing or coordinating with a customer or group of customers to order large quantities of the same or similar items to boost sales metricsUsing invalid, duplicate, or fabricated tracking numbersShipping to an address that does not match the order’s stated delivery addressThe Platform may also identify fake order activity through the following signals, which may be used as grounds for investigation or enforcement:A buyer or group of buyers frequently purchases large quantities of the same or similar items from a single sellerA seller’s product reviews are inconsistent with or unrelated to the product listingOther patterns of behaviour that suggest artificial manipulation of sales performanceFraudulent Shipping Behaviour Fraudulent shipping behaviour occurs when a seller deliberately misrepresents, manipulates, or circumvents any part of the shipping or fulfilment process — whether to avoid penalties, deceive the Platform, or harm customers. This is not permitted on the Platform. This includes:Falsifying order status: Updating an order’s status in Seller Centre before the corresponding action has taken place — for example, marking an order as “Awaiting Collection” before it has been packed, in order to avoid a Late Dispatch flagShipping incorrect items: Sending empty, incomplete, or incorrect packages, or products that do not match their listing description or order detailsProviding false shipping information: Submitting invalid or duplicate tracking IDs, or false return shipping or warehouse addressesDelivering to an unauthorised address: Shipping an order to any address other than the customer’s stated delivery addressModifying customer details without consent: Changing a customer’s order or shipping information without their knowledge or agreementShipping prohibited items: Shipping any product that is prohibited under TikTok Shop’s Prohibited and Unsupported Products policies, restricted by your Logistics Service Provider, or illegal under applicable lawWhat happens if I breach this Policy?
