Để truy cập Security Center: Seller Center → Account Health → Security Center. Để chặn người mua: (1) Vào Block List trong Security Center; (2) Tìm username người mua trong chi tiết đơn hàng (hệ thống match chính xác username); (3) Chọn lý do chặn để cải thiện phát hiện rủi ro; (4) Chọn phạm vi: chỉ chặn user ID đó hoặc chặn tất cả tài khoản liên kết; (5) Chọn thời hạn: 90 ngày hoặc Vĩnh viễn. Sellers can then cancel these orders without penalty to protect their business.DashboardTikTok Shop provides comprehensive seller protection by proactively blocking malicious activities before they can cause harm.
