Khi liên kết, sản phẩm trong shop tự động đồng bộ lên Shop Page - trang trung tâm hiển thị sản phẩm và Khuyến mãi. Tài khoản chính thức giúp tích lũy fan cửa hàng và tăng tỷ lệ mua lại: sau khi liên kết, nhóm fan của tài khoản chính thức và cửa hàng được kết nối, người dùng theo dõi tài khoản có thể dễ dàng tìm thấy cửa hàng qua trang cá nhân. Tài khoản chính thức cũng cải thiện độ phủ sóng và tích lũy traffic: người dùng có thể tìm kiếm sản phẩm qua chức năng search của TikTok, và có thêm entry point cửa hàng trong Livestream để hỗ trợ toàn bộ quy trình bán hàng.

Các quy tắc quan trọng: mỗi shop chỉ được liên kết một tài khoản chính thức duy nhất; tên shop và tên tài khoản chính thức phải nhất quán, khi đổi tên shop thì tên tài khoản chính thức cũng đổi theo; tài khoản chính thức có thể hủy liên kết sau 48 giờ kể từ khi liên kết thành công, nhưng chỉ được hủy liên kết tối đa 3 lần; khu vực tài khoản phải giống khu vực shop; cùng một tài khoản không thể vừa là tài khoản chính thức vừa là tài khoản marketing của cùng một shop; tài khoản chính thức chỉ được quảng bá sản phẩm từ shop liên kết, nếu muốn quảng bá sản phẩm từ shop khác hoặc Product Marketplace thì phải liên kết dưới dạng Marketing Account và đáp ứng tiêu chí Tiếp thị liên kết.

Cách liên kết tài khoản chính thức qua Seller Center Web: (1) Vào Seller Center - My account - Linked TikTok Accounts - Official Account, (2) Quét mã QR trong TikTok App bằng tài khoản muốn liên kết và nhấn “Authorize”, (3) Hệ thống kiểm tra các hạn chế, sau khi pass hết thì nhấn “Confirm Binding” để vào Reviews, (4) Sau phê duyệt, xem thông tin tài khoản đã liên kết gồm avatar, username, nickname, số điện thoại, thời gian liên kết.

Cách liên kết qua Seller Center App: (1) TikTok Seller App - Settings - Linked TikTok Accounts - Official Account, (2) Nhấn “Official Account” vào quy trình liên kết, (3) Nhập username tài khoản TikTok muốn liên kết, tick “I have read and agree to the XX agreement”, (4) Kích hoạt trạng thái đăng nhập tài khoản tương ứng trong TikTok App và nhấn “Authorize”, (5) Quay lại TikTok Seller App, nhấn “Link” vào quy trình review, (6) Sau phê duyệt xem thông tin tài khoản đã liên kết.

Cách hủy liên kết: vào TikTok Seller Center - My account - Linked TikTok Accounts - Official Account - Unlink Official account. Lưu ý chỉ có thể hủy sau 48 giờ kể từ liên kết thành công và tối đa 3 lần.

Điều kiện áp dụng

Chỉ áp dụng cho seller tại thị trường Việt Nam. Tài khoản TikTok phải cùng khu vực với shop. Tên tài khoản chính thức bắt buộc nhất quán với tên shop sau khi nâng cấp. Cần cân nhắc kỹ trước khi đổi tên shop vì tên tài khoản chính thức cũng đổi theo.
