These new metrics, Instant Late Dispatch Rate (LDR) and Same-day Late Dispatch Rate (LDR) are independent of your Standard delivery LDR and do not impact it.What is Instant Late Dispatch Rate (LDR) and Same-day Late Dispatch Rate (LDR)? The Instant LDR and Same-day LDR are calculated based on the past 7 calendar days, allowing you to identify issues specific to each shipping type.Instant LDR & Same-day LDR Formula:Numerator: The number of Instant or Same-day orders that were not marked as ‘Awaiting Shipment - Ready for Collection’ by the required fulfillment deadline. NOTE: Approved fulfilment timeline extensions are factored into this calculation.
