Cách bật: Vào Finance > Withdrawals > Auto-withdrawal settings (PC) hoặc Finance > Auto-withdrawals (Mobile), kiểm tra tài khoản ngân hàng chính, bật công tắc “Auto-withdrawals”. Quy định: Phí rút tiền: Miễn phí cho cả hai phương thức. Số tiền tối thiểu: 1.000 VND. Số tiền tối đa: 500.000.000 VND mỗi lần. Thời gian tiền về tài khoản: 4-5 ngày làm việc (tùy thuộc ngân hàng). Không thể hủy hoặc thay đổi sau khi đã gửi yêu cầu rút tiền thành công. Có thể rút thủ công kể cả khi đã bật rút tự động (vẫn giới hạn 1 lần/24 giờ).
Hành động
Để rút tiền thủ công: Đăng nhập TikTok Shop Seller Center (PC) > Finance > Withdrawals > nhấp “Withdraw” > nhập mật khẩu 6 số > chọn tài khoản ngân hàng > nhấp “Continue”. Hoặc trên app Mobile: vào Finance > “Withdraw” > nhập mật khẩu > chọn tài khoản > nhấp “Withdraw now”. Để bật rút tự động: Vào Finance > Withdrawals > Auto-withdrawal settings > kiểm tra tài khoản ngân hàng chính > bật công tắc Auto-withdrawals. Kiểm tra lịch sử rút tiền: Trên PC: Finance > Withdrawals, cột “Type” chọn “withdrawal” hoặc tab “Withdrawals”. Trên Mobile: Finance > All, mục “Withdrawn to bank” hoặc Finance > Withdrawals.
