Điều kiện để đóng tài khoản gồm: Tất cả sản phẩm phải được gỡ khỏi danh sách và không có sản phẩm nào đang trong trạng thái kiểm duyệt; Tất cả khiếu nại tranh chấp phải được giải quyết xong; Tất cả thanh toán phải được thanh toán đầy đủ bao gồm thanh toán cho nền tảng, Commission, phí logistics, hóa đơn chưa thanh toán và các khoản thanh toán tạm thời bị đóng băng trong quá trình xử lý vi phạm; Vi phạm trên tài khoản không được vượt quá mức quy định để đóng tài khoản; Phải có ít nhất 90 ngày kể từ khi tất cả đơn hàng đạt trạng thái ‘hoàn thành’ hoặc ‘đã đóng’; Hoàn thành thời gian thông báo công khai 30 ngày trước khi đóng shop. Hành động

Để đóng shop do người bán khởi tạo, thực hiện: Truy cập Seller Center > [My Account] > [Account Settings] > [Close Shop Account]. Kiểm tra tiến độ từng điều kiện trên trang [Delete Account]. Đảm bảo tất cả sản phẩm đã được gỡ và không còn trong kiểm duyệt. Giải quyết tất cả khiếu nại tranh chấp. Thanh toán đầy đủ mọi khoản cho nền tảng. Chờ ít nhất 90 ngày kể từ khi tất cả đơn hàng hoàn thành. Mở thông báo công khai 30 ngày từ trang [Delete Account]. Để mở TikTok Shop mới sau khi đóng: Cần số điện thoại hoặc email mới để đăng ký tài khoản mới. Có thể đăng ký lại với cùng ID sau khi tài khoản đầu tiên đã đóng thành công. Có thể sử dụng lại giấy tờ đăng ký cũ (CCCD, chứng nhận kinh doanh) nếu còn hiệu lực và tuân thủ chính sách. Phải chờ tối thiểu 6 tháng trước khi nộp đơn lại. Sẽ phải tuân theo chính sách onboarding của TikTok Shop khi đăng ký lại.

Điều kiện áp dụng

Quy trình này áp dụng cho tất cả người bán trên TikTok Shop. Shop Closure (do nền tảng) áp dụng khi Vi phạm luật pháp/chính sách, Account Closure (do người bán) yêu cầu đáp ứng tất cả điều kiện. Người bán vi phạm chính sách sẽ không thể đăng ký shop mới với cùng ID.

Shop Closure Guide06/18/2025Account ManagementThere are two ways your shop can be closed on our platform: Platform initiated (Shop Closure): We may issue a shop closure notice via the Seller Center to sellers that breach applicable laws, regulations or our platform policies. You will not be able to open a new shop/account with the same ID.Seller initiated (Account Closure): You can apply to close your account from the Seller Center: [My Account] > [Account Settings] > [Close Shop Account]. When can I close my account? Before your account is closed, you need to complete the Closure Procedure. You can check your progress for each criteria on the [Delete Account] page.All products need to be delisted, and no product can be in moderation.All dispute service tickets need to be resolved.All payments need to be settled, including payments to the platform, commissions, logistics fees, outstanding invoices, and payments temporarily frozen during enforcement actions. Your account’s Violation Point total does not exceed the amount stipulated by the platform for account closure applications.At least 90 calendar days must have passed since all orders have reached “completed” or “closed” status.A 30-day public notice period of shop closure needs to be completed. You can open the public notice period from the [Delete Account] page.What happens after I close my account? You will no longer be able to conduct commercial activities using the closed shop. Account Login: You will no longer be able to login your account (including sub accounts). Closed accounts cannot be reactivated or recovered. Linked Accounts: The e-commerce permission of other TikTok accounts linked to your account (such as Creator accounts) will no longer be available.Data Retention: Once your account is closed, you won’t be able to access your seller profile (including, but not limited to, your order history, proof of purchase, reviews, discussion posts, returns and refunds) or print an invoice. Please be advised that TikTok Shop is legally required to retain some types of data, such as order history. We do this in line with applicable local laws, including for document retention, tax/accounting and fraud prevention purposes.Can I open a new TikTok Shop at a later time? If you decide later that you want to start selling on TikTok Shop again, or if you would like to use website features that require an account, you’ll need to create a new account with a new phone number or email address.You may re-register for an account with the same ID after the first account is successfully closed.After account closure, you may open a new shop using your previous registration documents (identification, business certificates, etc.) provided such documents are still valid and comply with all TikTok policies. However, a minimum period of 6 months must pass before you can reapply for a TikTok Shop account.
