Multi-warehouse (MWH) là tính năng cho phép người bán có tối đa 20 kho hàng trên Seller Center. Tính năng này giúp xử lý đơn hàng hiệu quả hơn, giảm chi phí Vận chuyển và tiết kiệm thời gian giao hàng. Để đăng ký sử dụng, người bán cần liên hệ AM (Account Manager) để nộp đơn đăng ký nội bộ lên TikTok Shop PSO team. Sau khi được duyệt, giao diện cài đặt kho sẽ hiển thị tùy chọn “Add warehouse”. Người bán sẽ được mời tham gia buổi đào tạo hàng tuần về tính năng này. Shipping regions (khu vực giao hàng) quyết định kho nào có thể giao hàng đến vùng cụ thể. “Shipping region” trong cửa sổ “Edit Warehouse Address” sẽ không hiển thị nếu người bán chỉ có một kho. Người bán có thể đặt “Default warehouse” để tự động chọn kho mặc định cho sản phẩm mới tạo. Bước 1 - Tạo kho mới: Đăng nhập Seller Center, vào My Account → Seller Profile → Warehouse module, nhấn “Add new warehouse”, điền thông tin và nhấn Save. Thiết lập Shipping regions để xác định kho nào giao đến vùng nào. Có thể đặt Default warehouse cho sản phẩm mới. Bước 2 - Bật Holiday Mode: Vào My Account → Seller Profile → Holiday mode, chọn kho, nhấn “Turn on”, xác nhận thời gian nghỉ và nhấn Done. Bước 3 - Quản lý tồn kho: Vào Product → Edit Product, tick chọn “Add to multiple warehouse” để thêm sản phẩm vào nhiều kho. Sau khi tick, không thể tắt tùy chọn này. Tổng số lượng sẽ được tính tự động. Nhấn Update sau khi chỉnh sửa. Có thể chỉnh sửa hàng loạt bằng Excel qua Products → Batch tool → Generate Template. Bước 4 - Xử lý đơn hàng: Sử dụng bộ lọc kho trong Batch shipping Module để kiểm tra đơn hàng theo từng kho.

Người bán có thể quản lý tối đa 20 kho hàng, giảm chi phí Vận chuyển, tiết kiệm thời gian giao hàng. Hệ thống TikTok Shop tự động chọn kho tối ưu nhất cho mỗi đơn hàng dựa trên vị trí người mua và tồn kho.

Điều kiện áp dụng

Chỉ áp dụng cho TikTok Shop. Người bán phải liên hệ AM để được duyệt sử dụng tính năng này. Có buổi đào tạo hàng tuần về tính năng MWH. Tối đa 20 kho Pickup warehouses. Không thể thêm hoặc xóa kho qua file Excel khi chỉnh sửa hàng loạt.
