Hành động
Các bước tạo và gửi Customer Targeted Vouchers: (1) Truy cập Seller Center > Customers > Chọn nhóm khách hàng > Create Plan. Lưu ý: Không áp dụng cho nhóm ‘Abandoned cart’ và ‘Unpaid Order’. (2) Nếu chưa có Voucher: Click Create Voucher > chọn loại voucher > redirect đến trang tạo Khuyến mãi > nhập tên voucher, thời gian nhận, thời gian hiệu lực, cài đặt coupon > Confirm (đảm bảo voucher đang active khi gửi broadcast). (3) Quay lại trang CRM, chọn voucher vừa tạo > confirm đính kèm vào broadcast plan. (4) Điền thông tin còn lại của broadcast plan. Nếu đã có voucher: Chọn voucher hiện có > confirm đính kèm > điền phần còn lại. Quản lý voucher: Seller Center > Promotions > Promotion Tools > Manage your promotions. Edit: chỉnh sửa promotion sắp tới (tất cả cài đặt) hoặc promotion đang chạy (chỉ kéo dài thời gian, tăng số lượng có thể nhận). Deactivate: kết thúc promotion. Duplicate: sao chép cài đặt Repeat Customer Voucher.
