Tính năng Multi-warehouse (MWH) cho phép người bán có tối đa 20 kho hàng trong Seller Center. Để đăng ký sử dụng, người bán cần liên hệ Account Manager (AM) để nộp đơn yêu cầu lên TikTok Shop PSO team qua phê duyệt nội bộ. Thời gian phản hồi sau khi nộp đơn là trong vòng một tuần, đồng thời AM sẽ gửi link invitation đào tạo. Khi được duyệt, giao diện cài đặt kho hàng sẽ hiển thị tùy chọn “Add warehouse”. Người bán có thể thiết lập “Default warehouse” - kho mặc định sẽ tự động được chọn để lưu kho cho sản phẩm mới tạo. “Shipping region” trong cửa sổ “Edit Warehouse Address” chỉ hiển thị khi người bán có từ 2 kho hàng trở lên. Khi bật chế độ Holiday Mode cho một kho hàng trong khoảng thời gian nhất định, tồn kho của kho đó sẽ tự động được đặt về 0 trong thời gian đó. Sau khi chỉnh sửa sản phẩm với nhiều kho, sản phẩm sẽ hiển thị tag “Multi-WH”. Người bán có thể quản lý tồn kho theo từng kho hàng thông qua trang Edit Product hoặc sử dụng Batch Tool để chỉnh sửa hàng loạt trong Excel (không thể thêm hoặc xóa kho hàng trong file Excel).

Hành động

Bước 1: Tạo kho hàng mới - Đăng nhập Seller Center, vào My Account > Seller Profile > Warehouse module, nhấn “Add new warehouse”, điền thông tin và nhấn Save. Thiết lập “Shipping region” (khu vực dịch vụ kho) quyết định kho có thể giao đến vùng nào. Bước 2: Bật Holiday Mode - Vào My Account > Seller Profile > Holiday mode, chọn kho hàng, nhấn “Turn on”, xác nhận khoảng thời gian nghỉ và nhấn Done. Bước 3: Quản lý tồn kho - Vào Product > Edit Product, tick chọn “Add to multiple warehouse” để chỉnh sửa tồn kho từng kho; hoặc vào Products > Batch tool để chỉnh sửa hàng loạt. Bước 4: Xử lý đơn hàng - Sử dụng bộ lọc kho hàng trong Batch shipping Module để quản lý đơn hàng theo từng kho. Để đăng ký MWH, liên hệ AM để nộp đơn phê duyệt nội bộ lên PSO team.

Kết quả

Hệ thống TikTok Shop sẽ tự động phân tích và chọn kho hàng tối ưu nhất dựa trên vị trí người mua và tồn kho khi người mua nhấn “Buy Now”. Người mua sẽ thấy thông báo “Shipping status Updated” trên trang Place Order.

This can enable you to fulfill your orders more efficiently, and at the same time reduce shipping costs and save delivery time.How to Apply for Multi- warehouse FeatureYou are required to contact your respective AM, AM will need to apply by internal approval to TikTok Shop PSO team.
