Điểm từ đơn hàng hoàn thành: Nhận 4 điểm cho mỗi 200 đơn hàng hoàn thành (tối đa 16 điểm/tuần), tính theo chu kỳ 90 ngày. Đơn hàng bị trễ, hoàn, refund, hủy hoặc có phản hồi tiêu cực không được tính. Điểm từ quiz chính sách: Nhận 5 điểm khi đạt điểm tuyệt đối trong Policy Quiz liên quan đến vi phạm cụ thể (quiz chỉ hiển thị sau khi có vi phạm). Điểm bị trừ sẽ được reset sau 90 ngày trừ khi được khôi phục qua appeal hoặc hành động khắc phục thành công. AHR chỉ hiển thị với người bán trong Seller Center, không hiển thị với khách hàng.

Hành động

Để duy trì AHR khỏe mạnh (200+ điểm), người bán cần: (1) Hoàn thành đơn hàng đúng hạn, tránh hủy đơn, Hoàn tiền, refund; (2) Làm Policy Quiz ngay sau khi nhận thông báo vi phạm để lấy lại 5 điểm; (3) Tránh vi phạm chính sách TikTok Shop để không bị trừ điểm; (4) Theo dõi AHR tại Seller Center > Account Health > Account Health Rating. Nếu bị trừ điểm, có thể appeal qua violation ticket để khôi phục điểm. Lưu ý: Trong giai đoạn xem trước (từ tháng 5), AHR chỉ mang tính tham khảo, biện pháp xử lý vẫn dựa trên Vi phạm. Từ tháng 7, AHR sẽ thay thế hoàn toàn hệ thống cũ.
