Các cấp độ AHR: 🟢 200–1,000 điểm (khỏe mạnh), 🟠 151–199 điểm (cần cải thiện), 🔴 1–150 điểm (có nguy cơ bị vô hiệu hóa), ⚫ 0 điểm (tài khoản bị vô hiệu hóa vĩnh viễn). Điểm trừ sẽ được reset sau 90 ngày trừ khi được khôi phục qua khiếu nại thành công hoặc hành động khắc phục. Điểm AHR được cập nhật định kỳ dựa trên vi phạm và kết quả quiz, điểm từ đơn hàng hoàn thành được tính và cộng hàng tuần.

Để duy trì AHR ở mức khỏe mạnh (200 điểm trở lên) và tránh các hành động chế tài: (1) Hoàn thành đơn hàng đúng hạn - mỗi 200 đơn hoàn thành nhận 4 điểm, tối đa 16 điểm/tuần, không tính đơn trễ, Hoàn tiền, hủy hoặc liên quan phản hồi tiêu cực; (2) Làm Policy Quiz khi có Vi phạm - đạt điểm tuyệt đối nhận 5 điểm; (3) Tránh vi phạm chính sách TikTok Shop; (4) Nếu bị trừ điểm, nộp khiếu nại qua vé vi phạm liên quan để khôi phục điểm. Truy cập AHR tại Seller Center > Account Health > Account Health Rating.

Điều kiện áp dụng

Áp dụng cho tất cả người bán trên TikTok Shop. Giai đoạn xem trước (Preview Period) từ tháng 5/2026: người bán có thể xem điểm AHR nhưng chưa bị chế tài dựa trên AHR. Giai đoạn triển khai (AHR Launch) từ tháng 7/2026: AHR thay thế hoàn toàn hệ thống Vi phạm Points, mọi hành động chế tài dựa trên AHR.
