  3. THÔNG TIN KHÔNG HỢP LỆ: Chứng chỉ nhãn hiệu hết hạn; Thư ủy quyền/phân phối hết hạn; Nhãn hiệu chưa được đăng ký chính thức; Không phải chủ sở hữu nhãn hiệu; Hình ảnh sản phẩm không rõ ràng hoặc thiếu 6 góc (trước, sau, trên, dưới, trái, phải); Hình ảnh kho không phải sản phẩm thực; Tài liệu không phải hóa đơn mua hàng; Định dạng tài liệu không đúng.

  4. THÔNG TIN GIẢ MẠO: Có dấu hiệu sửa đổi hoặc che giấu thông tin trên thư ủy quyền, chứng chỉ nhãn hiệu, hoặc hóa đơn.

  5. CÁC VẤN ĐỀ KHÁC: Tài liệu không rõ ràng không thể xác minh; Thư phân phối không do chủ sở hữu nhãn hiệu hoặc đại lý ủy quyền cấp; Không đủ thông tin chứng minh nhà cung cấp là đại lý được ủy quyền; Không xác định được nguồn mua hàng; Số lượng sản phẩm trên hóa đơn không đủ cho 12 tháng tồn kho.

Hành động

  1. Kiểm tra kỹ và nhập thông tin CHÍNH XÁC như trên tài liệu (bao gồm chữ HOA, dấu câu, khoảng cách).
  2. Nộp đầy đủ thông tin và tài liệu còn hiệu lực.
  3. Nếu không phải chủ sở hữu nhãn hiệu: Phải có ‘Letter of Authorisation’/‘Distribution Letter’ từ chủ sở hữu và đăng ký lại với tư cách Đại lý ủy quyền cấp 1 hoặc cấp 2.
  4. Nộp tài liệu gốc không có dấu hiệu sửa đổi hoặc che giấu.
  5. Hình ảnh sản phẩm phải rõ ràng và bao gồm 6 góc nhìn.
  6. Cung cấp đủ thông tin chứng minh nhà cung cấp là đại lý được ủy quyền.
  7. Hóa đơn phải đủ số lượng cho 12 tháng tồn kho.

Điều kiện áp dụng

Below you will find a list of potential rejection reasons and how to address them.Inaccuracies Inaccurate Trademark Name or Number: The trademark name or number provided by the seller does not match the number on the submitted trademark certificate or is not in any of the official IP databasesInaccurate Application or Expiry Date: The seller submitted a trademark registration or expiry date that does not match the date on the trademark certificate or in any official IP databases.Inaccurate Registrant: The trademark registrant information submitted by the seller does not match the registrant information on the submitted trademark certificate or in any of the official IP databases.Inaccurate Trademark Certificate: The trademark certificate was not issued by an official entity (i.e. IPO, EUIPO) or is not recognised by WIPO.Inaccurate Trademark Classification: The submitted trademark classification does not match the information stated on the submitted trademark certificate or any of the official IP databases. Seller information mismatch: The submitted Proof of Purchase recipient information does not match the TikTok Shop registrant.Purchase date mismatch: The submitted Proof of Purchase date does not match the submitted Proof of Purchase document.
