Do not stick any unauthorized marketing or promotional materials such as brochures, display materials, price tags and/or other irrelevant stickers on the outside of the package.If the carrier has special packaging requirements for liquids, sharp objects, fragile items, perishables, textiles, hazardous materials, batteries, etc., the seller should follow the carrier’s requirements for special packaging.Please notify the carrier about any item requiring special handling prior to shipment.When using cartons, the seller must meet the following requirements:Cartons and packaging materials (eg filler) should adequately protect the item in transit. Use of unacceptable packaging materials may result in a rejected order or rejected payment.Choose a carton size that ensures the minimum empty space after the item is placed, and maximizes the use of space by packing as many units as possible in a single carton (without damaging items).Use a large filler such as air cushion, full sheets, form sheets, or bubble wrap and do not use any kind of loose filler such as foam peanuts or shredded paper.Cartons can not be tied with bags, elastic, tape, or additional strapping.Avoid using large staples or nylon tape, in case they harm the carrier’s personnel.When packing the parcel, the seller should note:Please fill in the empty space in the package.Please make sure there are no sharp objects protruding from the package.Please make sure that the packaging material is in a clean, dry and firm state.Do not use cloth-like materials to wrap the package.Materials such as newspapers can be used to fill up empty space --- cost saving.Please make sure the package is properly packed and sealed before it’s picked up by the courier.To ensure the safety of the items, be sure to take extra precautions prior to pick-ups —— taking video and photos of the package showing the correct packaging and condition of the package —— as proof if anything goes wrong.If possible, please send images to the buyer to demonstrate that the packaging was intact and the item was delivered to the courier in perfect condition.Please note that there’s no compensation for any damage to food or liquid items (carrier restricted items).6. How to Prevent Theft of ItemsTake a package of J&T, a carrier, as an example:The lower layer of the sticker will stick to the surface of the box. When the upper information layer is removed, the adhesive will leave a special mark on the surface where the sticker was placed. Reapplying the sticker will not maintain the original integrity of the security sticker, so it is easy to identify if the sticker has been tampered with or the package has been opened.7.
