Người bán TikTok Shop cần tuân thủ luật bản quyền âm nhạc khi đăng video ngắn thương mại Quảng cáo sản phẩm. Việc chọn nhạc không phù hợp có thể khiến video bị tắt tiếng hoặc không thể thêm liên kết sản phẩm.

TikTok Shop cung cấp hai thư viện nhạc: CML (Commercial Music Library - Thư viện nhạc thương mại) và GML (General Music Library - Thư viện nhạc chung). Tài khoản TikTok Shop chính thức (official account) phải luôn sử dụng CML cho tất cả video. Tài khoản marketing TikTok Shop và Creator thường phải dùng CML khi video có liên kết sản phẩm (product links). Nếu chọn nhạc từ GML thì KHÔNG thể thêm liên kết sản phẩm vào video đó - cần quay lại CML để chọn nhạc mới. Đường dẫn truy cập CML: Take a video (nút ”+”) → Edit video → Add sound → Choose “CML” → Select a song. TikTok Shop có tính năng “Video Sound Copyright Check” tự động kiểm tra bản quyền âm nhạc khi video có liên kết sản phẩm. Nếu phát hiện vấn đề bản quyền, người dùng có 3 lựa chọn: (1) Đăng video nhưng bị tắt tiếng (không khuyến khích), (2) Nhấn “Change sound” để nhanh chóng chọn nhạc từ CML thay thế, (3) Chỉnh sửa lại video và nhạc theo gợi ý kiểm tra. Nhấn “Copyright claim details” để xem thời điểm video có vấn đề bản quyền và bài hát nào liên quan.

Bật tính năng kiểm tra bản quyền: Profile → Creator tools → Video sound copyright check. Tài khoản official: luôn dùng CML cho mọi video. Tài khoản marketing/creator: dùng CML khi có liên kết sản phẩm, có thể dùng GML hoặc CML khi không có liên kết sản phẩm. Nếu đã chọn GML mà muốn thêm sản phẩm: quay lại CML chọn nhạc mới. Khi phát hiện Vi phạm bản quyền: chọn Change sound từ CML hoặc chỉnh sửa lại video theo gợi ý.

Điều kiện áp dụng

Áp dụng cho tất cả người bán TikTok Shop sử dụng video ngắn trong thương mại điện tử. Tài khoản TikTok Shop official account phải tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt hơn (chỉ CML).
