Insight

TikTok cung cấp hai thư viện nhạc cho người bán: CML (Commercial Music Library - Thư viện nhạc thương mại) và GML (General Music Library - Thư viện nhạc chung). Tài khoản chính thức TikTok Shop bắt buộc phải sử dụng nhạc từ CML cho tất cả video. Tài khoản marketing TikTok Shop chỉ được dùng nhạc từ CML khi video có liên kết sản phẩm, có thể dùng GML hoặc CML khi video không có liên kết sản phẩm. Người sáng tạo thông thường chỉ được dùng CML khi video có liên kết sản phẩm, có thể dùng GML hoặc CML khi video không có liên kết sản phẩm. Nếu chọn nhạc từ GML thì KHÔNG thể thêm liên kết sản phẩm vào video đó. TikTok cũng cung cấp tính năng “Video Sound Copyright Check” để tự động kiểm tra bản quyền âm nhạc. Khi phát hiện vấn đề bản quyền, người dùng có 3 lựa chọn: vẫn đăng video nhưng video sẽ bị tắt tiếng, nhấn “Change sound” để chọn nhạc khác từ CML, hoặc chỉnh sửa lại video theo thông báo. Nhấn “Copyright claim details” để xem chi tiết khung thời gian có vấn đề và bài hát liên quan.

Cách truy cập CML: Take a video (nút ”+”) → Edit video → Add sound → Choose “CML” → Select a song. Cách truy cập GML: Take a video (nút ”+”) → Edit video → Add sound → Music → Select a song. Cách bật kiểm tra bản quyền: Profile → Creator tools → Video sound copyright check. Khi đăng video có liên kết sản phẩm, hệ thống sẽ tự động kiểm tra bản quyền; nếu phát hiện vấn đề, người dùng có thể: 1) Vẫn đăng video (không khuyến nghị) - video sẽ bị tắt tiếng, 2) Nhấn “Change sound” để chọn nhanh nhạc từ CML thay thế, 3) Chỉnh sửa lại video và nhạc theo thông báo rồi đăng lại. Nhấn “Copyright claim details” để xem chi tiết khung thời gian có vấn đề và bài hát liên quan.

Điều kiện áp dụng

Quy tắc khác nhau theo loại tài khoản: tài khoản chính thức TikTok Shop bắt buộc dùng CML, tài khoản marketing và người sáng tạo thông thường có thể linh hoạt hơn tùy thuộc video có hay không có liên kết sản phẩm. Nếu đã chọn nhạc từ GML thì không thể quay lại thêm liên kết sản phẩm.
