Tại mốc 36 điểm: shop bị vô hiệu hóa trong 28 ngày; không thể đăng ký quyền lợi nền tảng trong 60 ngày. Tại mốc 48 điểm: đình chỉ vĩnh viễn shop. Hành động
Sau khi nhận vi phạm, người bán có thể: (1) Sửa vi phạm - một số vi phạm cho phép sửa trong 48 giờ trước khi hành động xử lý có hiệu lực. Các bước: vào Vi phạm record trên Shop Health, kiểm tra tùy chọn ‘Correct’, cập nhật listing theo gợi ý, sau khi được duyệt thì hành động xử lý sẽ bị hủy. (2) Khiếu nại - nếu cho rằng vi phạm bị phát sai, có thể nộp khiếu nại qua Seller Center kèm bằng chứng hỗ trợ. (3) Cải thiện tuân thủ chính sách - giải quyết vấn đề gốc để tránh vi phạm tương tự.

The number of Violation Points issued corresponds with the severity and impact of the infringement. Violation Points will reset every 90 calendar days from the date of issue. What are Violation Point Milestones?Your “Shop Health” page indicates milestones at 12, 24, 36 and 48 Violation Points. These are our Violation Point Milestones. You will receive warnings around 5 points before hitting each milestone. What can I do after receiving a violation? After receiving a violation, you may take the following actions:Correct the violationFor certain violations, you may correct the violation to avoid enforcement actions. Fix the issue based on the violation details and submit it for review through Seller Center.Submit an appealIf you believe the violation was issued in error, you can file an appeal and provide supporting evidence for review.Improve your policy compliance Address the underlying issue to prevent similar violations in the future.How to submit a violation correction? For some violations, you will be given 48 hours to correct the issue before any enforcement action takes effect. Once your correction is approved, the pending enforcement for that violation will be cancelled. You can complete the correction process directly through Seller Center.Steps to Correct a ViolationGo to your violation record on the Shop Health page and check if a ‘Correct’ option is available.Update your listing based on the suggestions provided in the violation details.If your correction is approved, the enforcement action for the violation will be cancelled, and you’ll receive a notification in Seller Center.How to Appeal a Violation If you think an enforcement action has been taken against you in error, you may be able to appeal via the Seller Center.
