Để thiết lập GMV Pay: 1) Đăng nhập Seller Center với quyền Finance Specialist và Business Center với quyền Finance Manager, cùng email. 2) Vào Seller Center > Marketing > Shop Ads > Payment details > Set auto balance recharge để cấu hình auto top-up. 3) Hoặc vào TikTok Ads Manager > Tools > Finance > Add balance để thêm GMV Pay. Để cấp quyền: vào Seller Center với tài khoản owner/admin, tìm user, chọn Finance Specialist trong Role dropdown. Trong Business Center, vào Users > Members, chọn member và gán Finance Manager. Để khắc phục lỗi ‘Insufficient balance’, cần đảm bảo số dư Available to withdraw trong Seller Center lớn hơn số tiền muốn nạp, có thể điều chỉnh cài đặt auto-withdrawal sang thời gian dài hơn. Để khắc phục lỗi thông tin không khớp, kiểm tra email trong My Account > My Profile > Seller information phải trùng với email trong TikTok Ads Manager. Xem hóa đơn GMV Pay tại tab Finances trong Seller Center hoặc tab Transactions trong TikTok Ads Manager. Nên thiết lập nhiều phương thức thanh toán dự phòng để đảm bảo Quảng cáo không bị gián đoạn.

When you use GMV Pay, part of your TikTok Shop’s revenue can be used to pay for ads you create on TikTok Ads Manager or Seller Center.
