Step 1: Go to Customers menu on Seller Center. Step 2: Choose one of the customer groups and click Create plan. Step 3: In the Message section, select a template provided by the system. Step 4: Customize the title and content as needed. Step 5: Select Coupon/Voucher or Product to complete your message. Step 6: Choose message send time, then click Submit if all is set.
