Người bán Hộ gia đình (Business Household Sellers): Thông tin Người hưởng lợi cuối cùng (UBO) bao gồm Tên UBO, Số CCCD UBO, Ngày hết hạn CCCD UBO, Ngày sinh UBO, Ảnh CCCD UBO, Selfie với CCCD (có điều kiện).
Lưu ý quan trọng: Thông tin cá nhân mới phải nhất quán với tài liệu hỗ trợ được tải lên. Cập nhật thông tin cá nhân KHÔNG giống với chuyển quyền sở hữu cửa hàng - quy trình riêng biệt. Người bán cá nhân đã đăng ký bằng hộ chiếu hoặc số CCCD 9 số cần cập nhật thành số CCCD 12 số trước khi chuyển quyền sở hữu sang tài khoản Hộ gia đình hoặc Doanh nghiệp.
Yêu cầu tài liệu: Tài liệu phải chất lượng cao, màu sắc đầy đủ, không bị che khuất. Không chấp nhận ảnh chụp nghiêng, mờ, đen trắng hoặc cắt xén. Tài liệu phải do chính phủ cấp và còn hiệu lực (chưa hết hạn).
Người bán cá nhân: định dạng PNG hoặc JPG, tên trên CCCD phải khớp với tên chỉnh sửa, loại CCCD phải giống loại đã dùng khi đăng ký.
Người bán doanh nghiệp: định dạng PNG, JPG hoặc PDF, tên công ty trên giấy Đăng ký Kinh doanh phải khớp với tên chỉnh sửa.
Hành động
Bước 1: Truy cập Trung tâm Xác minh qua My Account > Account Settings > Qualification Centre > Seller Qualification. Bước 2: Trên trang Seller Qualification, nhấp nút “Edit” để bắt đầu. Bước 3: Chuẩn bị sẵn các tài liệu hỗ trợ theo yêu cầu. Bước 4: Điền thông tin mới và tải lên tài liệu theo yêu cầu định dạng. Bước 5: Gửi yêu cầu cập nhật và chờ TikTok Shop xem xét.
Sau khi gửi, TikTok Shop sẽ xem xét thay đổi trước khi cập nhật thông tin. Người bán sẽ nhận được thông báo khi quá trình hoàn tất.
