Store Category Management là tính năng trong Seller Center cho phép người bán nhóm các sản phẩm có đặc điểm tương tự vào một nhóm chung. Có hai loại danh mục: Custom Category (danh mục tùy chỉnh - hiển thị nhãn ‘Customized’ trong cột Type) và System Category (danh mục hệ thống mặc định của TikTok - hiển thị nhãn ‘System’). Với danh mục tùy chỉnh, người bán có thể đặt tên và chọn ảnh banner riêng, sản phẩm không tự động được thêm vào. Với danh mục hệ thống, sản phẩm được tự động phân loại dựa trên danh mục đã chọn và không thể chỉnh sửa, nhưng vẫn có thể tùy chỉnh tên và banner. Điều kiện hiển thị tab ‘Categories’ trên trang cửa hàng: cần có tối thiểu 6 sản phẩm VÀ 2 danh mục. Hành động

Tạo danh mục tùy chỉnh: Bước 1 - Vào Seller Center, chọn mục ‘Store’ > tab ‘Category Management’ > nhấn ‘Add category’. Bước 2 - Nhập tên danh mục tại ‘Category name’, chọn ảnh banner tại ‘Category banner’, nhấn ‘OK’ để xác nhận hoặc ‘Cancel’ để hủy. Bước 3 - Danh mục mới tạo mặc định có 0 sản phẩm, nhấn ‘Add product’ để thêm sản phẩm hoặc ‘Manage product’ để quản lý sản phẩm đã thêm. Bước 4 - Chọn sản phẩm mong muốn từ màn hình product selector, nhấn ‘Confirm’ để thêm vào danh mục. Bước 5 - Bật/tắt toggle tại cột ‘Display’ để hiển thị hoặc ẩn danh mục. Tạo danh mục hệ thống: Nhấn ‘Import system category’ và chọn danh mục có sẵn. Có thể chỉnh sửa tên và banner bằng cách nhấn ‘View details’ > ‘Edit’.

Kết quả

Danh mục sẽ được hiển thị trên trang cửa hàng khi đáp ứng đủ điều kiện.

Điều kiện áp dụng

Apart from the default-system provided categories from TikTok Shop, sellers are able to customize their own categories to be more flexible in creating their own grouping of products. Benefits of using Store Categories How to create a Store Category? Custom Category Step 1 In Seller Center, go to the “Store” section and click on the “Category Management” tab, then click “Add category” to make a new customized store category. Under the column “Type”, these custom categories will have “Customized” labeled to them.Step 2 Under “Category name”, write down the desired text to represent the customized category. Under “Category banner” choose a picture that will be used as the cover/thumbnail of the customized categories. Once done, click “OK” to process the submission of the customized category. Click “Cancel” if you would like to discard the creation of this customized category. Step 3 Once customized category has been made, by default it will have 0 products inside of it.
