Thời gian phản hồi dự kiến trong vòng một tuần sau khi nộp đơn. Sau khi được duyệt, giao diện cài đặt kho hàng sẽ hiển thị tùy chọn “Add warehouse”. TikTok Shop tổ chức các buổi đào tạo hàng tuần để hướng dẫn người bán cách cấu hình tính năng này. Shipping regions (vùng Vận chuyển) là khu vực dịch vụ của kho hàng, quyết định kho hàng đó có thể giao đến các khu vực cụ thể hay không. Vùng vận chuyển chỉ hiển thị khi người bán có nhiều hơn một kho hàng. Người bán có thể đặt một kho hàng làm “Default warehouse” để tự động dùng cho các sản phẩm mới tạo. Khi bật chế độ Holiday Mode cho một kho hàng trong khoảng thời gian nhất định, tồn kho của kho đó sẽ được đặt về 0 trong thời gian đó. Khi người bán đánh dấu “Add to multiple warehouse” trên trang chỉnh sửa sản phẩm, sản phẩm sẽ hiển thị thẻ “Multi-WH” và không thể tắt tùy chọn này sau khi bật. Hệ thống TikTok Shop sẽ tự động phân tích và chọn kho hàng tối ưu nhất dựa trên vị trí người mua và tình trạng tồn kho khi người mua nhấn “Buy Now”.
Hành động
Bước 1: Tạo kho hàng mới - Đăng nhập Seller Center → My Account → Seller Profile → Warehouse module → nhấn “Add new warehouse” và điền thông tin. Đặt Shipping regions để xác định khu vực Vận chuyển của kho. Có thể đặt một kho làm Default warehouse cho sản phẩm mới. Bước 2: Bật Holiday Mode - Vào My Account → Seller Profile → Holiday mode → chọn kho hàng → nhấn “Turn on” → xác nhận thời gian nghỉ → nhấn Done. Bước 3: Quản lý tồn kho theo kho - Vào Product → Edit Product → đánh dấu “Add to multiple warehouse” → chỉnh số lượng tồn kho cho từng kho → nhấn Update. Sử dụng batch edit qua Products → Batch tool → Generate Template để chỉnh sửa hàng loạt (chỉ sửa số lượng, không thêm/xóa kho). Bước 4: Xử lý đơn hàng - Sử dụng bộ lọc kho hàng trong Batch shipping Module; quy trình xử lý đơn hàng không thay đổi so với trước.
Kết quả
Người mua sẽ thấy thông báo “Shipping status Updated” trên trang Place Order khi hệ thống tự động chọn kho hàng tối ưu. Người bán đạt được xử lý đơn hàng hiệu quả hơn, giảm chi phí Vận chuyển và tiết kiệm thời gian giao hàng.
Điều kiện áp dụng
Tính năng chỉ khả dụng sau khi được AM nộp đơn và được TikTok Shop PSO team phê duyệt. Người bán cần có Account Manager để đăng ký.
