Người bán trên TikTok Shop cần thiết lập và chạy các chiến dịch Quảng cáo Shop Ads bao gồm GMV Max và Custom Ads để tăng doanh thu từ sản phẩm.

Thiết lập Shop Ads: Để truy cập Shop Ads, người dùng phải đăng nhập Seller Center với vai trò Shop Owner, Main Administrator hoặc Advertising Manager. Quy trình gồm: (1) Đăng nhập Seller Center, (2) Click Shop Ads bên trái, (3) Tạo hoặc kết nối Business Center và tài khoản Quảng cáo, (4) Liên kết tài khoản TikTok, (5) Click Create Campaign.

Product GMV Max Creative Pool: Đây là giải pháp quảng cáo mới nhất, sử dụng signal synergy từ cả traffic trả phí và organic (bao gồm video Tiếp thị liên kết). Tất cả đơn hàng từ sản phẩm được quảng cáo đều được tính là Product GMV Max.

Video nguồn đủ điều kiện: (1) Video từ TikTok Official Account của shop; (2) Video từ TikTok Business Account của shop; (3) Video từ Available TikTok Accounts trong Seller Center (Authorized TikTok Accounts trong TikTok Business Center); (4) Spark ads posts (video có mã ủy quyền) trong TTAM Creative Library từ ad account đang chạy GMV Max.

Video KHÔNG đủ điều kiện: Video từ Marketing TikTok Accounts (chưa liên kết), video có nhiều product link từ các shop khác nhau, Spark ads posts từ non-primary ad account.

Quyền quảng cáo TikTok Accounts: Kiểm tra trong Shop Ads > Manage account > Available TikTok accounts. Có thể có các nút: Authorize now (chưa cấp quyền đầy đủ), Edit Access (tài khoản non-official chưa cấp quyền), Get Permission (tài khoản đã cấp quyền nhưng user hiện tại chưa có), hoặc không có nút (đã OK).

Hành động

Cách thêm TikTok Accounts vào Seller Center: (1) Vào Shop Ads > Manage account; (2) Tại Available TikTok accounts, click Connect account; (3) Quét QR code bằng TikTok App để cấp quyền Quảng cáo cho Business Center.

Cách thêm Spark ads posts vào Creative Library: (1) Đăng nhập TTAM của ad account đang chạy GMV Max; (2) Vào tab Spark ads posts trong Creative library; (3) Click Apply for Authorization, nhập mã code để tìm và ủy quyền cho post.

Cách kiểm tra TikTok Accounts đã dùng trong campaign: Trong phần Ad creative khi tạo campaign, xem số lượng TikTok Accounts đã sử dụng. Nếu thiếu tài khoản có available creatives, kiểm tra xem tài khoản đó đã được liên kết với shop và cấp quyền quảng cáo chưa.

Mẹo: Nên chạy Product GMV Max trên ad account thường xuyên sử dụng để tận dụng các spark ads posts đã được ủy quyền trước đó. Nếu dùng ad account mới, cần reauthorize lại các spark ads posts.

Điều kiện áp dụng

Chỉ người dùng có vai trò Shop Owner, Main Administrator hoặc Advertising Manager mới thấy menu Shop Quảng cáo. Marketing TikTok Accounts và các tài khoản TikTok khác ngoài Official/Business Account cần được liên kết vào Seller Center mới có thể dùng làm nguồn creative.
